750 ml bottle. Lovely nose of lemon, orange, green apple, very reminiscent of a Saison Dupont. Light honey malts, lots of esters, some peach. Very complex. Deep bright gold, just a bit hazy, with a low, thick head. Dry, citrusy flavor. Well attenuated, with nice fruit. Dry and crisp, much more than typical Belgian saisons. Gripping bitterness. Very clean for a wild fermentation beer. Excellent stuff.
