Sample at the tasting room. Hazy dark orange color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Stingy lacing on the glass. The aroma is heavy on rosemary with fruit and yeast in the background. Light to medium body with a floral character and flavors of fruity yeast and malt. The finish is fruity up front with a floral rosemary aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tasting room. Dark brownish-black color with a medium foamy tan head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, fruit and yeast. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, fruity yeast and earthy hops. The finish is roasty with a chocolate malt and yeast aftertaste. Above average "Black Saison" overall.

On draught at the tasting room. Murky dark brown color with a thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, nuts and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted nuts, smoked malt and touches of fruit. The finish is roasty with an earthy malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tasting room. Brownish-black pour with a medium foamy beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sheets of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and bourbon. Full-bodied with flavors of roast malt, oaky bourbon and sweet chocolate. The finish is roasty with a chocolate malt and subtle bourbon aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Medium-bodied with flavors of floral yeast, banana, and mild hops. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tasting room. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily. Sticky jagged rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of floral hops, fruit and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of herbal hops, pine, citrus and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering fruity hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tasting room. Pours a slightly hazy golden-yellow color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to a large-bubbled film. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Aroma of hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering hops and melon aftertaste. Enjoyable and drinkable beer that straddles between IPA and IIPA.

Sample at the tasting room. Slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Sticky small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and toasted malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is crisp and mildly bitter with a lingering spiced rye and hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Medium-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, earthy hops and malt. The finish is roasty with a coffee and hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Aroma of pumpkin and roasted malt. Light to medium body with flavors of spiced wheat, pumpkin and malt. The finish is creamy with a spicy pumpkin aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
