Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple, with wooden notes and a bit of sulphur. Sweetish fruity flavour of apple with a drying tannic aftertaste

Beer & Ball Champions League night. Olympiakos - Manchester United. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple, pear, wood and sulphur. Quite sweet apple flavour with wood and sulphur

Bottle @ christian. Olympiakos- man u. Pours hazy golden with a white bubbly head. Barnyard, sulphur, svovl and red apples. Sparkling and dry with sweet red apples and a bit of barnyard.

Bottle. An unclear golden cider with a huuge off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples, wood, and brett. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of apples wood, and brett, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle sample at The Festival. Hazy golden color, champagne bubbles. Slightly more tart then the demi, but pleasantly so. Tasty.

Bottle sample at The Festival. Hazy golden amber color, champagne bubbles. Aroma of fresh fruit, apples, pears, berries, light citrus. Taste is a touch sweet, full mouthfeel. Verybtasty.

Bottle sample at The Festival. Hazy golden yellow color, few fluffy bubbles. Aroma of stonefruit, summer fruit. Taste is smooth, fresh fruit, dusty and peppery edges, very full body. Delicious.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear deep yellow with a white head that remains throughout the cider. Aroma has musty apple that is both sweet and tart. Flavor has more of a dryness that works with the musty apple and has bit of sweetness in the finish.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that starts and remains at the edges with visible carbonation. Aroma has a perfumey pear note with a bit of tartness backing. Flavor starts with sweet pear that remains throughout and is joined by a touch of tartness.

Tasting in between sessions at Shelton’s "The-Fest". Clear straw body. Active. Smells of bruised pears & fresh compost. Not too potent or perfumey like other examples of Perry. Taste is sweet & quick. A bit tart, turning sour. Dry & airy. So-so carbonation from a near bottomed out bottle. Sierra Mist finish. Mellow.
