Can from the brewery. Hazy pale gold with a large frothy white cap that leaves plenty of lace. Nose is light citrus, stone fruit, grass, and some light pepper. Light papaya sweetness with a medium- grass and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin with average carbonation and a lightly bitter finish.

Can from the brewery. Hazy medium amber with a lingering one finger off white cap. Nose is grass, light honey, cardboard, tropical fruit and grains. Light malt sweetness with a medium+ grass, citrus peel and pineapple bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish.

Can from the brewery. Lightly hazed medium gold with a small lingering white head . Nose is grains, grass and yeast with some pepper. light sweet malt with a light+ grassy bitterness and some spice through the finish. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation.

Clear golden pour, with a large white head. Grassy, slightly vegetal hops, with some slightly. Bozy cereals, abd biscuity malts. Low bitterness, slightly watery, soft carb.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy orange pour, medium white head. Soft stone fruit, peach flesh, lightly vegetal, some wet paper. Mouth feel and carb are ok. Medium bitterness, more vegetal notes, fruit falls off other than some pithy citrus.

This coffee pale ale poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, coffee, malt and cooked veggies. First swig was oddly delicious. Light roasted coffee flavours, hay, malt, pineapple and citrus. Finish is mildly hoppy/bitter with a nice little boost of coffee flavours that linger. Very nice pale ale.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear yellow with large white head. Bland grainy hay, very feint floral quality underlying, quite uninteresting.

This Imp stout poured a deep black colour with a deep brown, creamy head. Medium lacing. Scents include coffee, burnt toast, cocoa, whiskey and a little alcohol. First swig was thick, rich, creamy and slightly sweet. Flavours of bourbon, smoke, oak, cocoa and coffee. Finish is thick and coating with smokey burnt wood flavours lingering.
