~14 oz Goblet draft at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear copper golden brown with a light tan head that leaves nice lace. The aroma is toast malt, grain, earth and a whisper of sweet caramel. The taste is the toasted malt with the sweetness really faint and well integrated. The earth is underneath, drying out to a mineral finish. The palate is medium bodied with softer carbonation and the clean dry finish. Nice take.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a copper ruby with a ½ inch tan off pink head that falls fast. The aroma is bright fresh sweet raspberry and the rosemary. The taste is raspberry sweet soda, lemon citrus and then the bright rosemary flavor carries the finish and lingers. The palate is medium bodied, low to flat carbonation and the lingering rosemary. As with the other Servaes Shandies, very true to flavors on the label.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is slightly hazed golden with a limited white head. The aroma is lemonade, bright orange fruit and a hint of cereal malt. The taste is natural lemonade with bright orange fruit, sweetly tart and the cereal malt holding it together. The palate is light bodied with low carbonation and lemon and orange finish. Had this at a tailgate and hit the spot.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed golden orange with no head. The aroma is soft lemon, lemon grass and grain malt. The taste has a pleasant natural grapefruit juice, lemonade, mixed and blended with the grain malt and a touch of the lemon grass. The palate is medium to light bodied with absolutely no carbonation. Nice fresh grapefruit juice and lemonade finish. Not sure if this was intended to be still, but I felt the flat body detracted some.

~12 oz Goblet glass draft at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed golden orange with a minimal off white head. The aroma is clean cereal grain malt and a soft natural Mango fruit sweetness. The taste is very smooth and clean with floral hop, mango fruit and the fresh malt of the nose. All nicely integrated. The palate is medium bodied, smooth unfiltered mouth feel, soft carbonation and a sweet mango fruit finish. I’m not normally crazy about a typical Milkshake IPA, but this one worked for me.
