Bitter malziger Antrunk, weich. Leicht röstig mit für den Bierstil ungewöhnlichen Hopfennoten. Aromatisch, deutlich steigende Intensität. Dann deutlich röstig, der Hopfen fährt zurück, vollmundig. Interessant, gelungen. 10/11/11/12/12/11

0,33 l swing top bottle, bought at Brause Syndikat, BI. Dark golden in the glass, a little bit unclear, two finger head. Hopy nose, fruity, honey. Taste starts with hopy bitterness, also smooth oily fruity. Malty background. Some sweetness. Yes!

Sehr trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr bananig, reife Früchte, hefig süß. Geschmack süß bananig, Nelke, reife Früchte.
