Пивоваренный завод Belidzhi был основан 1996г из-за не хватки финансирования строительство было отложено на десять лет.В 2005 г был заключён контракт на 500л мини пивзавод с Словатской компанией Techimpex. В 2006г появилась первая партия пива.По сегодняшний день завод успешно развивается нашим главным успехом является высококачественная выпускаемая продукция говорить можно много о продукте но организм не обманешь лозунгом завода является качество и только качество.

На протяжении всего времени мы уделяли особое внимание вопросам качества пива Belidzhi: для производства продукции используется только лучшее сырье мировых брендов Германии и Чехии в нашем ассортименте на сегодняшний день имеется пять сортов пива.

500ml on tap at Belidzhi in Derbent. Pours slightly foggy gold with a small white head. Aroma is wild notes, malt. Taste is the same, with low sweetness. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. It appears that this beer is infected.

500ml on tap at Belidzhi in Derbent. Pours clear amber with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is malt and caramel. Taste is light to medium sweet, malt, grain, caramel. Light bodied. Nothing to do with dark beer or craft; another regional amber lager.

330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is cardboard, apple and caramel. Taste is about the same. No wheat beer character, despite the ingredients including wheat malt. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. Bad stuff indeed.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold with no head. Aroma is malt, tap water. Taste is medium sweet, malt. No hop at all. Extremely light bitter finish. The only interesting thing about this beer is that it’s from Russia’s most southern brewery (around 10km from the border with Azerbaijan).
