Bottle at Hot Numbers, Cambridge. Pale to mid-yellow. Quickly dissipating white head in a sea of carbonation. Light aroma of grass, cereal, citrus. Nicely balanced taste: a well-judged hop bitterness underpinned by sweet malt. Hint of citrus sour toward the finish, then more sweetness. Not terribly complex but I dig it all the same.

Clear pale to medium amber colour, small frothy white head, settle quickly, fair lacing. Sweet malty aroma, husky grains, bread, straw. Taste light heavy sweet, light medium bitter, grainy, bit caramel. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste sweetish, dusty malts, towards finish bit more bitter. Below average Märzen.

330ml bottle. Hop milky, yellow-ish pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma has spicy notes of grass and hay, some lemon, minimally grainy, pale malty background. Taste is minimally sweet, biscuity, pale malty, grassy and citrusy hoppy overtones, lemon notes, spicy hints of hay, a minimally floral touch. Very refreshing, super drinkable, top class Pilsener.
