(bottle) Clear, amber to chestnut colour with a medium-sized, cream-coloured foamy head. Sweet toast-malty aroma, slightly nutty with notes of caramel and shy herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Gentle toast-malty base with caramel and light herbal accentes; almost dry sweet-bitter toasty and nutty finish with a whiff of herbal hops. Nice one (09.06.08).

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet and minimal buttery malty nose with a whiff of citrousy and woody hops. Light-bitter flavour with a balancing malty sweetness; quite one-dimensional but clean malty and slightly herbal taste; slightly bitter and hoppy finish. Unexciting but easy going brew (07.06.08).

Bottle: Clear, reddish-amber coloured, rather rapidly vanishing off-white head; moderate to solid sweetish nutty, caramalty, roast-malty and also a bit hoppy nose; rather sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; traces of cacao and fruits in the sweetish-bitter finish. Good, but a bit unbalanced..........

Bottle (by courtesy of joss !): a bit unclear, deep golden coloured with a quite stable white head; moderate toaste-malty nose with a touch of aromatic "oaky" hops, moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; lingering fruity (citrousy) and hoppy (sticking to the palate) finish. Good, tasty and well rounded Bier.......

Bottle. Golden, off-white creamy head. Cookie malt aroma with metallic hop edges. Full chewy body, sweet malt, fairly degraded leafy hops with a metallic finish. Solid mellow mouthfeel. A bit thin towards the end, spices retronasal.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a big but non-persistent, minimal off-white frothy head. Sweet, cara-malty, slightly fruity nose with herbal and slightly woody hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly toasty, cara-malty and faint fruity taste with a tinge of honey; almost dry, sweet-bitter finish with light woody and herbal hops. Clean and quaffable brew (27.02.08).

Bottle, 6.5%. Metallic aroma, quite malty and slightly dusty. Clear dark chestnut colour with a little red. Small tan head. The flavour is peppery with a sort of soapy maltiness. Roasted aftertaste along with a warming alcohol feel. Good, creamy mouthfeel, slightly syrupy. On the sweet side, but quite nice.

Pale golden, small stable creamy white foam, hazy with clumps of yeast; citrus-fruity and yeasty nose with a grainy touch, distinctive floral hoppiness detectable; light to medium bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; delicate fruity finish with a well hidden floral hoppiness. Not bad, but a bit unspectacular...........
