Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with some fizzy bubbles but no real head. Dry apple peel, lots of dust, hay, mineral water, pear, dry cellar notes, some leather, sulphur, light poop, some cheese and mold. Light sweet. Almost medium bodied, some fizzy carbonation and bone dry feel. Really really dry!

75cl bottle bought at the camping Kost-Ar-Moor shop. Brewed in very little quantity from the appletrees on the camping terrain. Enthusiastic gusher, half bottle on the porch. Pours very hazy warm orange/golden with small bubbles and no head retention. Rotten yellow apples, old appleskin, dried apricot, almond, blue veined cheese, soft camambert. Light sweet, faint tartness at first, clears up after a while. About medium bodied, very fine and low carbonation. Very dry on the tongue while drinking, slightly less so in the finish. Starts really cheesy but becomes milder and fruitier later. Nice with some charcuterie.
