Description
Razor Clam Brewing took shape way back in 2013 when having received some kit to brew I naturally went on an adventure to discover as much as I could about the product I love. A disused shed next to a pub became the epicentre of all things beer! Trials and tweaks further honed my skills and repetition became the focal point.

Fast forward to 2019 and after blind testing a batch with some friends who thought it came from the pub, Razor Clam was born and from that Razor Blonde!

Having wanted to launch in 2020 an uncertain couple of years followed and stopped us in our tracks, however with renewed support we now have Razor Blonde available and plan to launch further beer styles as we develop.

Train beer. Cheers Wingman. Aroma has tart warm citrus. Herbs. Opaque dark gold. Foamy white head soon almost entirely disappears. Flavourwise it's similar to the aroma. Bitter and citrusy. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Moderately hazed orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is bitter orange, straw, grass, herb.
Taste comprises orange peel, hedgerow, grass, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light astringent bitterness riding throughout.
Not great.
