Medium body, moderate carbonation. A sour fruit flavour, stale, malty, fruity. Very soft bitterness, light medicinal flavour follows. Sauerkraut. Toasty malts underneath. Light finish.

Sweet with a nice toasty, toffee and nutty flavour. A roasty touch, balancing out. Very soft bitterness. Dry finish. Great balance. Very nicely and smoothly drinkable.
