Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark orange color with a large foamy off white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was fairly strong tart cranberries, bread, honey and sour mash. The flavor was tangy and bready with cranberry, honey, grain and sour mash. Long finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Sampled on draft at DeNunzios this beer poured a honey-caramel color with a medium sized foamy off-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was bitterish and a bit tart with rough fruity and piney hops. The flavor was bitterish with tangy fruity hops, floral hops, and a bit of earthiness. Slight hint of caramel and tobacco underneath. Medium length finish. Medium body. Alcohol well controlled. Decent.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark caramel-brown color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left good lacing. The aroma was somewhat rough fruity hops and almost crystal malt. The flavor was crystal malt, a touch of metal and somewhat rough fruity hops. Medium length finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was semi sweet, yeasty and a bit bready. The flavor was sweet and yeasty with a touch of phenol. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark nut brown color with a small foamy orange-tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweetish and toasty with caramel, honey and bread. The flavor was nutty, toasty, woody, malty and and had light notes of honey, bread crust and dark fruits.Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Very quaffable.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was bitter, tart and tangy with notes of lemon and grapefruit. The flavor was sweet and sugary with a strong yeasty note, a bit of mustiness and moderate lemon and grapefruit. Long finish. Medium body. Very much my style and quite quaffable.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy yellow-white head that faded and left decent lacing. The aroma was malty with a bit of golden fruit, yeast and hint of coffee. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with a faint brewed coffee element and a hint of golden fruit. Medium length finish. Medium bodied and smooth. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a pale yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet with a watermelon Jolly Rancher note. The flavor was sweet and tangy with sugar and watermelon Jolly Rancher and a bit of cracker. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.
