Clear amber. Sweet aroma with honey, ripe fruits and floral notes. Flavour had flowers, honey and fruity notes. Thick body and texture. Finished sweet. Nice one.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours an almost clear amber. Spicy nose with distinct honey. Medium body, clean honey and pollen accents with a boozy finish. 100410

Moelleux (sweet)
Beautiful amber color. Delicate honey aroma, light millefiori honey, with signs of maturity, with soapy hints. Sweet mead, but with a lean body, not thick nor syrupy; good honey flavor, not too invasive; there is some bitterness and the final is lightly tannic, astringent, dusty. Not complex but pleasant.
