India Pale Ale from MVP - Merecroft Village Pub & Restaurant

Draft at the brewery, 2015 re-rate. Hazy light amber with a thin head. No hop aroma but a fair bit of bitterness. Toasty malts. Not IPA but a respectable pale, and it is clean.

Looks gorgeous - dark brown with a loose tan head. Mild flavour is soft, with nutty, toffeeish notes. A straightforward, sweetish, inoffensive brown ale.

Light bronze colour. Toasty, slightly spicy nose. There is a mild caramelly maltiness but not much else. A very basic pale beer.

Very pale yellow. A bit of grain, gasoline, wort and pale malt in the aroma. Flavour is very sweet, underfermented with extracty gasoline notes. Sweet/sour fruity notes fade into a watery wonderbread finish.
