Bottle from the brewery shared in our van. Clear pale golden with small white head. Crisp pils malts, quite some fresh hops with soft lemon, white grapes, light weedy, a touch of cheese, but also fresh cut grass. Light toasty malts too and a bit of fresh baked bread. Just medium sweet and medium lasting bitter. Medium bodied with crisp feel. Good.

Bottle from the brewery drank in holiday park kitchen infested by children running wild. Bit hazy golden with fluffy off white head. Soft dry malts, dank hops, light peach, canned tropical fruits, green onion, light woody. Over light sweet and medium bitter. Under medium bodied with almost medium dry finish. Very pleasant.

Tap at Cork Wanaka. Hazy pale golden with white head. Soft peach, light corn, quince, cornflakes, not ginger but some other slight hot spicy burning stuff, soft wheat, sour lactic grains, pear. Just medium sour and bitter, light sweet. Just medium bodied with light burning finish. Interesting but not to do drink a lot of.

Tap at Smiths Queenstown. Clear golden with off white head. Dry malts, grassy hops with some grapes and lychee almost to the point of white wine. At the same time it’s quite dank which goes well with the slight dry toasty malts. Under medium sweet and bit over medium bitter. Under medium bodied with slight dry finish. Seems more like a session IPA to me, quite nice again. Very nice brewery.
