(Bottle) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of apricots, dried ginger, ripe banana, sponge cake, clove, red apples and honey. Fruity, spicy taste with banana, apricots, clove, white bread, lemon zest, honey, dried ginger, orange peel, dough and a gentle herbal/spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well made, balanced and harmonious triple. Nice one.

Draught@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Hazy orangeish red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is berries, some coriander and mild citrus. Flavour is lingonberries, some citrus, mild coriander and some herbs. On the watery side of things.

Draught@SBWF2018. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is wooden, grassy, herbal and some peachy tones. Flavour is peach, some fruits, floral and mild wooden notes with a bit of funk too. Quite flat carbonation.
