Flaska från SB. Djupt gyllengul färg, aningen disig, lågt vitt skum. Doft av qumquat och gräs. Ganska torr östkust-IPA, lätt oljig med smak av gräs, qumquat och en måttlig resinbeska. Ren och snygg.

Flaska från SB. Julöl 2015. Mörkt bärnstensfärgade. Stilmässigt mer vienna än schwarzbier. Doft av deg och sirap. Smaken är söt men inte sliskig. Mycket söta maltsmaker, mörkt sött bröd i täten, mjölkchoklad, karamell och sirap. Lätt beska med lite bröd- /julkryddor räddar balansen hyfsat. Nja inget vidare.

Hazy, yellow colored, small white non lasting head. Aroma is grainy, bready yeasty, some straw and a touch of fruits. Taste follows the nose, medium to low sweet bready yeast, straw and some fruit. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation.

Hazy amber colored, medium white head, OK lasting. Aroma is some caramel malt, lemony citrusy and some floral hops. Taste is medium to low sweet caramalty, floral and citrusy hops but light, low bitterness and somewhat dry. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation, watery. Too watery and weak, meh...

Bottle at Trattorian. Dark brown with off white head. Nutty aroma with bread, caramel, roasted malt and some sweet dark fruit. A little bit metallic taste with overall the same notes as the aroma. Decent with fat food, but quite watery.
