[ As Nya Carnegiebryggeriet Kellerbier ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grain, straw - hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150821]

Sample at SBWF 2015. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, caramel, malt, light honey and yeast. The body was medium and the bitterness fairly low.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy golden, creamy head. Fruity nose with pineapple. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Elderflowers and syrup, ripe fruit. Peppery honey in a mid bitter finish.

Keg at SBWF. Cloudy pale golden, rich head. Elderflowers and coriander up front. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with vanilla and elderflowers. Low bitterness.

Clear deep golden color with a fine white head, Citric, a bit to much resin and pine. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Moderate sweet and a fine carbonation. Semi dry ending. A bit to much resinous for my likings. Otherwise a quite fine and easy drinkable session ale.

Draught @ OT. Pours hazy deep yellow with a huge frothy white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity estery and tiny spicy phenolic with wheat crackers, cereal, oatmeal flakes, red pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny bitter, very tiny sour, fruity estery and tiny spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny dry, tiny watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and slightly bitter with crackers, cereal, red pears, green banana, hay, dry soil, allspice, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Decent saison. Tap during RBESG2015, Day 2, Malmö, Sweden - yellow golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is overt sweet fruity, hay straw, harsh grassy, pretty forgettable.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad, klar, medelhögt vitt skum. Ganska svag doft av blommor, citrus, aprikos, tallbarr och karamell. Stabil kropp för att vara en session IPA men humlen gör inte så mycket väsen av sig förutom beskan som är ganska påtaglig. Förutom beskan känns det lite som en välhumlad engelsk blond. Snygg, välbalanserad och druckbar men lite mer humle hade varit trevligt.
