On tap at OT. Hazy golden with a small white head. Light with elderflower both in the aroma and taste. Also light fruit, some wheat and light spices. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Pale yellow beer with a good white head. Aroma is grassy and light citrusy. Same in taste with a good bitterness and a nice dry mouthfeel.

On tap at the Brewpub in July 2014. Slightly hazy amber with a medium head. Light with bread, very light roasted notes of malt and some fruit. The finish was dry. An ok one.

Draught at the brewery. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of anise, spices, wheat, earth and bubblegum. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of anise, fennel and wheat. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very akvavit-esque. Not my cup of tea as I can’t stand anise.
