Draught @ Akkurat. Pours golden with a creamy off white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is slightly fruity with bread, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles, orange zest and unripe mango. Taste is bitter and slightly fruity with bread, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles, orange peal, lemon peal, grape skins, unripe mango and metal. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny flat, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and metallic with bread, grapefruit rinds, moist grass, pine needles, orange peal and hints of soil. Draught at Restaurang AG. Pours pale yellow. In contrast to it’s pale looks the brew is rather Heavy malty and quite bitter. I would’nt say something is wrong with the brew, but it is not as refreshing as I like a kellerbier to be.

Cask at Nya Carnegiebryggeriet, Stockholm. Clear nut brown. Hazelnuts, hay and bread up front. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and mildly floral, notes of hazelnuts and caramel. Mid bitter finish. Has improved by miles since first released. Cask conditioning suits it well also. Upped from 1.7..,

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, mid sized head. Grassy, fruity nose. Dry and crisp with medium body. Rich doughy malt, grass y hops are evident. Long salty bitterness. Distinct and pleasant near bock strwngth kellerbier.
