This stout poured a deep black colour with a huge, creamy brown head. Beautiful lacing. Not overly strong to the nose, but the scents include coffee cream, caramel, and toasty malts with a little black toast. First swig was smooth, creamy and sooo roasted. Flavours of coffee, burnt toast and sweetened with brown sugar. Finish is burnt with slightly sweet coffee flavours lingering.

This red poured a nice deep orange colour with a soapy, off white head. Medium lacing. Scents include malt, must, candy and a hint of ripe fruit. First swig was a little sweet and malty. Flavours of mild ripe fruit, sweet malt and a little biscuit? Finish is sweeter with a light musty malt flavour lingering.

This pale poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include grass, citrus, honey and cooked veggies. First swig was lightly watery with flavours of lemon citrus, a little grass and very mild pineapple. Finish is thin, with soapy, citrus hops lingering.

This lager poured a clear, light yellow colour with a soapy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include sweet corn and malt. First swig was very thin and lifeless. Great copy of Coors light!

This kolsch pored a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Medium lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, citrus, paint thinner and light spice? First swig was a little thin with flavours of honey, corn, light malt and biscuit. Finish is corn and malt.
