This stout poured a cloudy deep, dark amber colour with a creamy, light brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include really ripe fruit, prune juice, cherries and a very slight vinegar. First swig was delicious with flavours of sour cherries, Rye bread and minimal smoke. Tricky one to decipher. Finish is mildly tart with a burnt caramel flavour lingering.

This ESB poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, candy and honey. First swig was very good with flavours of malt, rye bread and minimal musty notes. Finish has a slightly sweet malt flavour with only a little finish bitterness which is fine by me! Very good!

This sour poured a hazy, orange colour with a creamy, off white head. Decent lacing. Scents include very light vinegar, yellow mustard, and a little relish and Miracle Whip...Lol smells of condiments! First swig was pleasantly smooth and not over the top in the sour depot which is awesome. Flavours of... I hate to say it, Miracle Whip. Very small flavour of it. Other flavours of the acidity of pineapple/citrus, dough and butter? Finish is smooth and creamy with a light malty flavour lingering. Quite good!
