500 ml bottle, 12/1/25. Bottled 11/25/25. Dark brown, small head. Chocolate and cherry come through. Sweet and roasty. Good balance. Nice sweetness to it.

16 oz can from Kevin, thanks bud, 11/17/25. Dark brown color with a moderate, lighter brown head, that pours fizzy and dissipates down to pretty much nothing. Roasty, coffee, some nutty notes and dark fruit as well. Fairly balanced with decent levels of both sweetness and bitterness. Pretty good.

My 200th Marzen/Festbier rating. 16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, amber orange pour. Frothy beige head settles to small cap. Tangy, toasted malt aroma. Flavor is soft, toasted malt with notes of caramel and brewed black tea. Lightly carbonated. Light, dry finish.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Bright orange gold pour. Frothy white head is substantial. Aromas of citrus and stone fruit. First sip is sweet citrus and warming alcohol. Notes of tangerine and peach. Additional notes of orange pith and apricot. Finishes dry and bittersweet.

Sampler at Central Jersey Beverage Festival at Mercer County Park. Number One with a bullet. Jet black pour. small creamy tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints at chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, cocoa and treacle. Decent body for a lower ABV brew.

Draft at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Murky yellow gold pour. Small white head. Floral hop aroma has notes of mango, peach and pineapple. Flavor is bittersweet citrus, berries, mango and pear. Incredibly sweet and juicy. Some booziness in middle. Smooth, fruity finish.
