500ml bottle. Pours dark ruby. Smoke, earth, chocolate, dusty. Dry finish. Perfect level of peat for me.

On tap at Smiths. Pours a gorgeous red brown. Caramel, orange, pear, a sweet toffee finish. Nice bitter sweet balance and very crisp. Good full body. Pint going down extremely quick...

On tap at Smiths. Banana bread, cloves, lemon. Right on style, but a little boring and the aroma is mostly carbonated water.

On tap at Atlas Beer Cafe, Queenstown. Pours yellow with hints of amber. As with the other Altitude beer I’ve taste, the atmosphere in Atlas doesn’t really help the nose. However, a well-balanced taste and a fitting dry finish together make this a good beer indeed.

On tap at Atlas Beer Cafe, Queenstown. The regular pint glass together with the pub air makes it hard to get a good sniff. Cloudy amber color. Hoppy bitter taste, a bit too much on the bitter side. Pleasant finish. Would drink again.
