[33cl can at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, NZ.] An amber pour with a decent white head; piney aroma with some citrus; a strong resinous bitterness with some rye-like malts; and some citrus to lift the finish. A well made traditional West Coast style IPA.

(On tap) Clear dark amber with good white head. Nice aroma - fruity and toffee. Medium body with good carbonation- mouthfilling and bright. Pleasant fruity start, toffee develops and then a nice bitterness. Very drinkable. And I saw a genuine mischievous kea today nearby at the summit of Ben Lomond

On tap at Smiths. Aroma is toast, pine, orange. Little grapefruit in the flavour. Very bitter. Nice thick chewy texture. Fine.

On tap at Atlas Beer Cafe, Queenstown. The regular pint glass together with the pub air makes it hard to get a good sniff. Cloudy amber color. Hoppy bitter taste, a bit too much on the bitter side. Pleasant finish. Would drink again.
