Tap at source. Pinkish and nearly clear. No real detectable nose. My first impression is this is tart and fun, just like most of the sour beers I've had here. Yes, that sage is showing thru. Pomegranate helps with the tartness and adds quite a nice favor to this. That sage and pomegranate works nice together. Could drink a few of these!

On tap at the source. Slight haze on light pale. Friendly fun pickle nose. First taste is quite surprising, interesting lip puckering pickle flavor. Cute, fun stuff fer sher. I like these unique tart brews. It took me a while but I think the watermelon is starting to peak thru in the end. Good sizzle throughout. This beer was really something.

Tap at source. Clear pale, smell the odd coffee within. When you taste it, lots of coffee in there but its not overwhelming, quite well balanced. One of the better coffee brews I've had recently. Very good level of co2 as well, makes this enjoyable. Pretty good stuff.

Tap at source. Nice creamy pinkish color. Grapefruit juice nose. Bitter pink grapefruit initial taste. Not too gose, if you ask me, needs for tartness. Guava eventually comes thru in the middle, but its still more like grapefruit juice. For a gose, it has an odd mild to medium bitter aspect that I don't care for. Yes, a little more tartness would help this brew. JMHO. Prretty good overall, just not really too close to gose territory.

Tap at the source. Nice brown ale look. Mild sweet attractive nose. Yes, a sort of sweetness on an otherwise dunkel brew that supports the mild roasted bitterness within. No ill character. Mild co2. Enjoyable. I'm liking this but dunkel is one of my preferred styles. Good stuff!

On tap at the source. Slight cloudy pale. Neutral nose, barely anything on the olfactory. Yes, some pepper flavor on the uptake with hints of mango, but there is barely any heat in this at all. Just a tad of tartness. You'd never know it was habenero. Pretty good overall gose. Slight processed feel on the finish. Not bad.

on tap-offwhite-orange/pink. A-guava/peach. T-guava/peach/raspberry. 4.0 After entering the brewery and this beer and seeing there are 88 beers and over 7000 ticks on another site, I will add my other ticks there.
