Solid imperial stout. Big roast, big coffee, dark chocolate. A bitter kick in the ass like most of their stuff. These guys knjow their old school proper bitter. A hint of tangerine, which is a little odd, peel. Gives it a touch of acidity. Black pour with decent head. Tap at brewery.

This is better than the Doe Lake, a little more personality. But maybe a little buttery, which throws me off a bit. Pine, some sharp passionfruit, grapefruit. Very bitter. Pours clear golden with decent head and lacing. Good body. Tap at brewery.
