Draft at Hailey's Parlor, 7/20/24. My 200th tick for July 2024, which makes it my 1st 200 tick month in over 15 years! That's some crazy shit to me. Dark brown with a strong reddish hue. Dark fruit forward, dates, caramel, and toffee. Somewhat sweet. Nice flavor profile overall. 7/4/7/4/15

This beer rating represents having a brew from my 150th different New Jersey brewery. On tap at Brainy Borough in Metuchen. Hazy amber orange color. Mild fruity malt aroma. Flavor follows nose, but the earthy, warming burn of the jalapeño chilies kicks in. Lots of pepper taste and heat comes through. It’s not overpowering, but it’s hard to slag down the 16 ounce pour they served me. Overall, as chili pepper beers go, this not too bad.
