50cl bottle from Altissimo. Brownish to amber color, cloudy, lot of sediment, massive expansive yellowish bubbly head. Smell kind of earty, tangy. Flavor of unmalted grains, bread, plum, flowers, beans, chestnut. Somewhat citrusy for a sour edge. Taste has quite a sharmpess, for a winey and earthy cheesy finish with lots of leaves.

50 cl bottle. Amber colored, moderately hazed short but fine and sticky creamy offwhite head. Some fruity smell, aroma of light roasted malts, bread, grass, abundant hops resin for a prominent citrusy flavor, floral, juicy, yeast. Decent crafty apa, on the malty/sweet side, bitterness is controlled, some off flavors, soapy and yeasty in the unclean finish.
