Description
Founded in 2005 in Plémy and based in Yffiniac since 2018, Jérôme Morin, makes and distributes its beers in northern Brittany, in the historical country of Saint Brieuc, “bro sant brieg” in Breton. Here no filtration or pasteurization, a single-stage infusion and an insulated and pressurized tank fermentation. A member of the Terre à la Beère Association since its creation, the brewery has contributed at its level, to the emergence of the breton organic brewing barley industry.

Tap at Cafe de la Plage Cap Fréhel. Clear pale golden with white head. Crisp malts, a touch lemon, green hops, light fresh dough, grain husks. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slight dry and crisp feel.
