A touch of coffee with a light sourness. This one is much better than the roja. PIcked up at the Goye campground in Colonia Suiza outside Bariloche.

Sour, kind of a deep brown colour. Lots of sediment floating around. Had an unfinished flavour that needs refinement. Picked up a bottle from Goye Camp Ground in Colonia Suiza outside of Bariloche.
