Clear golden with almost no white head. Aroma is fresh golden sweet apple. Slight sulfur or rust. Taste is rather dry apple juice with slight sweet apple and quite a bit of tanins. Mouthfeel is carbonated apple juice and slightly rusty stuff. Good slightly rotten apple finish. Misses some character. Still good.

Aroma is mealy apple and apple peel. Taste has fresh sour lemonade and rotten apple bittersweetness. Easy drinkable and fresh. Sweet and sour finish. Very apply. I like.

750 c&c from the Republique Monoprix. Pours bright gold with a transient, slight white head. Aroma is mildly sweet, slightly perfumey, apple. Flavor is somewhat tart apple skin. A bit earthy in the after taste. Not earthy enough to qualify as a good Norman farm style, but it’s good.

750 c&c from the Republique Monoprix. Pours gold with some white bubbles. Fresh apple aroma - with some skin as well. Near med body. Flavor is apple with a touch of astringent skin, but it’s not as dry as "Brut" led me to expect. Nice, soft tasty cider. How can cider from Normandy not be tasty?
