The last of the beers I was able sample on our trip through Central America. A 355 ml bottle found at a small shop in Panama City, it was brought back to the ship and chilled. Poured into a basic room glass, I saw an amber body with a steadily recharged skim of snow white foam. The smell was grain, perhaps some citrus and caramel. The taste was actually pretty fair. Barley, corn, a touch of toffee and medicine. One of the better beers this trip, maybe the style distinguishes it somewhat. --- Beer merged from original tick of Lager on 24 Feb 2022 at 23:24 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.
