Bottle. Light golden. Creamy, soft citrus and funk, vanilla, oak, apricot, soft white wine. Medium sweet, lighter sour. Medium bodied. Very nice.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Some fruity notes, bit salty, Moderate sourness. Something odd in the aroma. Quite thin.

Tap at ASF 2022, Reggio Emilia, Italy. Pours an unattractive pale and opaque yellow, with fine white foam. Aroma is very nice, of grapes, fruity-citrus. Body is average, a little creamy,, with limited carbonation. Taste is medium sour, bit rather soft overall. Final is fairly weak too.

Unclear golden with white head. Funky strawberry 🍓 popcornfleece bomb 💩 and some cow dung. Bit of a complex fuckup in a somewhat lovely way. Firm sour, moderate bitter. Weird 🌀 funk allover. Fun stuff.

Bottle shared. Clear golden with white head. 2nd pour was hazy and had actually pink strawberry color. Lots of strawberries, funk, light sulphur, dry grains, lactic sour, baby poop. Quite sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. A little rough on the sourness and funky notes, but not too bad.

Bottle shared. Almost clear light golden with white head. Indeed a light wine or champagne character, white grapes, kiwi, grassy, herbal, soft lemon rind, dry grains. Just medium sweet and bitter. Crisp medium bodied, slightly dry. Again another very nice beer from this brewery, really unique one too.
