16 oz bottle poured, picked up at Bugu shortly after release, and aged about a year. Golden orange pour with a moderate haze. Nice brett touch. Mild to moderate funk. Some stone fruit notes. A touch dry late, and a flavorful saison all around. Really tasty brew worthy of celebration. Cheers to the hone town guys!

Draft pour pint at Bugu, after patiently waiting for its rotating return. Dark cola brown pour. Thin head. Love the level of chili impact here. Its spicy. It's aromatic. But it doesn't overpower the base completely. Still enough to overrule this from stout style to pepper style. Chocolate, chili nose. Smooth taste. Barely rich, cream stout front, which is quickly greeted with the red pepper heat. Delicious treat for any fan of chili beers. Obviously no exception for me. Total standout brew.

Had this on tap a few times over the past year or so, and finally getting around to raring this flagship IPA from my super local brewery. Filled a couple 16 oz crowlers at the brewery, and cracked the first almost right away. Bold and layered hop profile with citrus, grassy, piney, and a slight smokey note. Moderate, to heavy bitter, which provides a nice bite. Lingering orange fruit / peel bitterness. Flavorful west coast, and a solid taplist mainstay. Always a solid IPA here.

Draft pour enjoyed at Bugu. Very true blueberry flavor here. Delicious, and tastes in no way artificial, which is nice. Deep reddish purple pour, pinkish foam head. Tart constant, which most of the sour character seems like it comes from the blueberries themselves. Lighter brew here, easy drinking, tart grape juice finish. Really refreshing. Totally into this one.

Draft pour pint at Bugu, Monroe. Darkest of reds, practically brown pour. Patchy head. Rich nutty grain nose. Flavor has a big dose of caramel malt. Slightly sweet, but also bold as it lingers. Light drinker, but also flavorful. Has a sharp edge to it. Unique brew I'd say. Tons of caramel. More than any other brew I've come across. Pretty good.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Bugu. Listed as a Light American Ale, and I'm honestly shocked this isn't lager by taste and appearance. Brewer says they got what they were aiming for there. Clean and light golden pour. Thin foam head. Modest straw nose. Flavor has a crisp front, with straw grains and a soft grassy character. Cool and clean finish with a soft lingering grain note. Crisp and refreshing. This is a lager. You guys are lying to me.

Draft pour pint at Bugu, Monroe. Juicy golden orange haze. Thin foam head. Really fruity hazy here, with peachy tropical notes throughout. Almost tastes sweet. Fruit cocktail reminder, with a cool finish. Pretty refreshing, but I would like to see this bittered up a tiny bit to match my taste. Solid IPA for some folks that think IPAs are too aggressive. Overall not bad.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Bugu, Monroe. Mostly clean pale golden pour, crisp apple cider appearance. Instant bonus points for this cream ale, since it tastes like something. So often brews in this style are so bland, but this one has a nice flavor to it. Smooth taste overall, with a touch of crisp edge. Refreshing cool finish. Really easy drinking. Quite nice crusher here.

Draft pour enjoyed at Bugu, Monroe. Near black appearance, with some sticky foam head and lacing. Aroma is heavy on winter spices. Intense cinnamon and caramel nose. Labor is smoother than expected for this session imperial flavored stout. Warming for sure. Long lingering spices. Distinct and unique product. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour enjoyed at Bugu, Monroe. Peach orange appearance with the slightest fruit cocktail cherry red tint. Really nice juicy fruit flavor with a light, introductory like sour. Apple cider like first sip with some supporting peach and mango fruit. Flavorful, with the bulk of the sour notes coming late on the palate. Refreshing taste. Quite a nice brew here.
