Description
Back in 2013 we opened our doors as a quaint pizzeria called, Idlewild Pizza. The concept was born in the mountains of Colorado, at what was once the Idlewild ski area. The goal was to bring delicious, hand crafted pizza to the community of Leavenworth.
After three years and quite a bit of thought we decided we needed more. Our dream grew to share our love of craft beer, and Blewett Brewing Company was formed with the addition of an onsite production brewery. Today, our brew team enjoys creating an ever-changing variety of small batch brews that can be enjoyed in house or taken to go on any adventure.

16 oz draft pour enjoyed at Blewett, Leavenworth. Clean and bright golden. Pour with a moderate oily foam head. The before Wenatchee softball tournament Leavenworth beer stop tradition continues! Really easy drinking west coast IPA. Flavorful from the start. Bold and bitter hops late. Really refreshing taste. Biscuit grains and gentle notes of tropical fruit. A touch of grassy hops as it lingers late. I told myself I'd stay away from hazy beer this weekend unless I get tricked. I was tricked earlier at a different brewery. Not here. Good ol, classic IPA done very well. Good beer here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Blewett Brewing, Leavenworth. Usually going with their hoppy selections, this was a nice change of pace, and a really well put together stout. Smooth and tasty. Sweet and bold chocolate, soft dark chocolate bitter finish. Has a creamy side, but not too thick. A midnight black pour, with plenty of mousse foam head. A good balance between a dessert beer and a bold stout. Long lingering chocolate and roast. Really nice brew here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Blewett Brewing, Leavenworth. A mostly clean, copper orange pour with plenty of off white foam head. A somewhat rich caramel malt. Malt heavy imperial. Bold and bitter lingering finish. Orange peel, and caramel constant. A bit of an aggressive touch to this, as I expect, and enjoy in an IIPA. Flavorful, and interesting. Nothing boring about this brew. Enjoyed this.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Blewett Brewing, Leavenworth. A solid west coast IPA, full of flavor, but refreshing and sessionable. Some bready malts on the nose and some grapefruit like hops. Flavorful balance of citrus hops and grains. Refreshing, cool finish. A nice brew from these guys. I sure miss drinking these beers in the taproom!

32 oz crowler picked up at Blewett, Leavenworth. Smooth, refteshing, easy drinking pale here that doesn't short the delicous Mosaic hop profile. Soft hazy appearance to a golden pour. Great brew to enjoy ice cold with the summer sun. A nice sessionable, flavorful pale. Very nice.
