Draft pour at Maelstrom. A bright, clean golden pour, consistent with the other house beers. Modest aroma, some semi sweet malts, and citrus hops. Flavor is leaning on the bitter side. Citrus like hops, balanced well with the grain. Complimenting as well. Good flavor overall. Tasty pale.

Draft pour at Maelstrom. A very light, semi pale golden pour. Active carb, fizz head. Paper grains on the aroma. Flavor is a straw, paper, grassy grain, with a good splash of citrus to add to the refreshment. Not a bad light beer to go with for the long run during the football game. Here on Superbowl Sunday, I imagine some growlers of this will be filled. I think the grapefruit really saves this one. Plain, I'm not sure if I'd be quite as on board.

Draft pour at Maelstrom. A bright, shiny, pour, golden, and quite clean and clear for the style. Fresh, juicy grapefruit flavor up front, but slowly transitions to a melon, peach like juice. Some mango. Very refreshing. All the fruit notes are there but not overpowering. More juicy, than fruity. Does that make sense? Good beer here.

14 oz mug poured. A lighter copper brown pour with an active fizz head. A sweet impression aroma. Sweet over spicy malts. A ton of roasted malt, but remains sweet at the same time. Lighter body. Toasty. Nice drinking porter overall.

Draft 12 oz pour at Maelstrom, Kirkland. First visit! Golden orange pour with a patchy, oily fizz head. Easy drinking imperial. A cool fruity orange aroma. Flavor is plenty of bitter character. Lingering hop constant. Clean, and mindless, despite being a bit on the plain side for an IIPA, in my opinion. Easy drinker. Good.
