Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dark brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice cherrywood smoke that pairs well with roasted malts and dark grains. Flavor has a great smoke note with roasted malts, dark grains and a hint of coffee underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a red hue and an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice raspberry bite with grains and Belgian yeast supporting. Flavor has grains and raspberries with some Belgian yeast and flora underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma combines citrus and earthy pine and is supported by wood and bread notes. Flavor has same citrus and earthy pine combination and has a bread backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber orange with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly Aroma has rye and bread note with just a hint of dark grains. Flavor is full of rye and bread with a hint of licorice underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a very pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma combines straw and crisp grass with a nice lager yeast. Flavor has straw and grass with a touch of sweet grains underlying.

Tallboy can from the brewery. Clear copper, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toasted malt and mild citrus hops. The taste is toasted malt, raisin, citrus, piney, leafy hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness. Crushable.

Keg at the brewery. Clear dark brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of a smoke and roast. Taste is roasted malt, smoke, chocolate, cherry-like fruits. Just a touch thin, lingering smokiness. Very nice.
