Pours clear pale yellow green with a pleasant apple aroma. The flavor is fairly dry though not exactly bone dry. There’s a touch of sweetness. It seems a little bland, but it’s alright.

Pours clear reddish purple. It has a fruity aroma with currants and some honey. The flavor is semi sweet with honey and berries. It’s maybe a little sweeter than I’d prefer but it works fairly well anyway.

Pours a clear orange color. Hops are very obvious in the aroma. It’s piney with fruity character and honey. The flavor is quite sweet with an almost syrupy mouthfeel. Honey and some hop resin are present with subdued cherry notes.

Pours clear pale yellow and bubbly with a lingering head. Honestly it smells kind of like Windex. I think there’s some honey too, but glass cleaner is not a great thing to smell in my mead. Thankfully it doesn’t taste like glass cleaner at all. The flavor is very dry. There’s honey and a vague fruity character with some booze. A touch of sweetness comes through. It tastes pretty good, much better than it smells.

Pours clear burgundy. Ginger dominates the aroma with blueberries underlying it. It tastes sweet with blueberries, ginger, and honey. The flavors work pretty well together.

Pours clear gold. There’s a richer apple aroma here than their dry gold rush cider. The flavor is a little sweeter but still semi dry, so it’s drier than most ciders. It’s a bit floral to me. Very enjoyable.

Pours pale yellow-gold. The hops are immediately obvious in the aroma. Resinous. The flavor is pretty dry with some mild, resinous hops bitterness and light apple sweetness.

The aroma is of honey and sort of a light fruity character. The flavor is semi dry with a clean honey flavor. Smooth mouthfeel. I didn’t get much fruity tea in the flavor but it works as a mead.

Clear light yellow-gold pour. It has an apple aroma that’s almost champagne like and a bit musty. The flavor is very dry apple. Very bubbly. Good.

Pours clear, very pale yellow. The aroma is of honey, lime, and agave. The flavor is sweet and lime led with agave that’s quite noticeable though it’s not super strong. Honey sweetness is there but not overdone. Easy drinking.
