Similar to the special at Torpido, only a little more watered down. Honey aroma is light here. Wrote this rating down a while back and never uploaded it.

The special had some light minty vibe from the gesho herb and some citrus tangy finish. Sipped at the Torpido tej bar in Lalibela, enjoyed among a great atmosphere a couple of years back.

Slightly fizzy, has a big alcoholic whallop. Off-dry finish with just a hint of floral honey notes. Seems like around 8% ish, and is aged for well over a year.

Soft and sweet, very floral, has a nice complexity. Very tasty. Orange and opaque. Seems light, like around 4-5%
