(Bottle) Pours slightly hazy amber with good white head. Pleasant citrus aroma. Medium body with plenty of mouthfilling carbonation. Light toffee malt at the start. Good hop bitterness in the finish. Citrus notes, pepper hints. Very nice, but unusual flavours for a wheat beer.

Bottle at Fauzi Azar Inn, Nazareth. The smell was off, a bit sicky. The taste was very fresh and suprisingly well hopped. Definitely not what I would call an American wheat, more a session IPA but well done in any case.

Draught sample at Beers 2017 festival in Tel Aviv. Amber-brown. Lots of coffee, a bit vegetal, caramel, sweetish coffee flavor, light to medium-bodied. OK. Feels a bit diluted.

Bottle, big stiff bubbly head, cloudy murky quite deep orange color, aroma of wheat, citrus and some smelly yeast, flavor of citrus, toothpaste, minerals and some fruity sourness lingering in the back, light almondy bitterness. Drinkable but not that great.

Bottle in Yuvalim. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, fruitiness, a bit of hops, soap, sanitizer, a bit of vegetables. Flavor is sweetish, wheaty, grainy, with light tartness, yeast, faint floral hops, soapy note, citric touch, and faint bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Doesn’t smell so good, but the flavor is decent, and the beer is quite easy-drinking overall.
