Bottle. Clear golden with no head and coarse bubbles. Fruity aroma with a, not unpleasant, vinegary hint. Medium body, well carbonated. Flavour is well balanced, sweet to sour. Fruity with a little earthiness. Overall I thought this a nice perry, but am not exactly an expert.
