Taster pour on tap at the brewery. Pale yellow-red. Aroma is nice caramel, nut, malt. Taste as aroma. Smooth, fairly thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good for style. If in this part of Missouri, this place is a diamond in the rough and definitely worth a stop!

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Almost opaque hazy brown w/creamy head, excellent retention & nice lace. Aroma is strong earthy, slightly nutty, malts. Taste is strong roasted, earthy malt, toffee. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation & finish taste.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Lightly hazy bright yellow w/ring of head & nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit & hint of herb. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste, mild bittern. Not hazy, but nice.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Almost opaque hazy dark brown w/thin cap of head, good retention & no lacing. Aroma is roasted malt. Taste is strong roasted, earthy malt, oats. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation & finish as taste. Decent oatmeal stout.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque black w/ring of head & trace lacing. Aroma is strong fruity, spicy bourbon, roasted malt. Taste is strong bourbon, dark fruit, roasted malts, molasses. Smooth, thick texture, full bodied, alcohol hidden. Really nice!! 4.1
