Clear golden with a small white head. Grassy hop aroma, with fruity yeast not unlike an English golden ale. Dry and bitter with just a slightly smokey touch.

Bottle. Copper colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel. Flavour is sweet, caramel, malt, hop, roasted, malt. I think this one was too sweet.

Bottle. A yellowish golden beer, more or less clear, with a white head on top. Sourish aroma initially, is that the birch sap? Some resiny notes too, hops I guess. A decent aroma, but hard to pin. The flavor has some sweetness, but there’s also a dry, sourish touch. Medium body and a nice co2 level. A strange beer, maybe the ageing hasn’t done any good to it, but it was far from BB-date. Sure drinkable, but only one glass I think. (090430)

Bottle. Golden copperish color with an off-white head. Aroma has notes of perfume and malts. Flavor starts off mellow, but builds in sweetness leading to quite a sweet after taste. Too sweet for me personally.

Bottled (thanks hanniku!). Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is toffee, some spices, pine, malts and some mild alcohol. Flavour is spicy, sweet caramel malty and also has some quite conifer wooden notes.

Bottled (BB 10/2010, alc. 7.0 %). Thanks hanniku! Deep copper brown color, steady beige head. Caramelly malty and grassy hoppy aroma, a bit nutty too. Light spicey, grassy hoppy, nutmeg, cardamon and caramelly malty flavor. Very lager-like flavourwise. Christmasy.

Bottle. It pours a clear, copper body under a small, beige head. Sweetish, caramel, slightly bready nose. Some fruity hops and grains in the background. Medium-bodied, almost sticky, and quite effervescent. Some alcohol warmth too. Sweet, caramel flavor with some bready notes, roasted malts and bitternerss. Sweet finish with a little bitterness. I like the alcohol level in the beer, that suits the Nordic spring, but it lacks on body and has too much sweetness at the same time. Almost like a sweetened traditional Danish Easter brew. (090419)

Bottle, 7.0%. Weak roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Stable tan head. The flavour starts off roasted, turns spicy, some herbal notes. Also a little sweet, but balanced by the roasted notes. The alcohol is not very noticeable. Well-balanced.

50cl bottle: Pours amber with a red hew & a creamy off white head. Metallic, citric, caramel & sugar. Medium bodied. Too many "off flavours". Hard/tough one to actually enjoy!
