We are based in Soyons, a stone's throw from Valence, where we have been welcoming you since 2021 on our terrace. In the near future, we will open our taproom inside so that you can admire our stainless steel tanks while drinking a beer.

Zsu and Vincent meet in Budapest, she makes him taste his first IPA, and that's the end of standardized industrial beers. 4 years later, we brew in the kitchen. And if we're going to change, we might as well change everything, 3:6:9 BIERE CRAFT was born!

Life is too long to always drink the same beers. The ambition of 3:6:9 Bière Craft is to offer contemporary, innovative and high-end craft beers, with a modern style very influenced by the international scene.

Can, gift. Aroma is raspberries with lacto, soft wheat. Flavour lacks the tartness I expect and desire from a raspberry Berliner, it's also more sweet than I like. Light body. Dull.

Can, gift. Aroma is piney hop with malt, pine resin, fruity notes, light caramel, ripe orange. Flavour is a bit sweetish with a moderate bitterness. Medium body. Decent IPA, bit piney, malty, soft fruit.

Can, gift. Aroma is juicy fruity hops with citrus, orange, tropical notes, some mango, soft pale malt, grass, pineapple. Flavour is moderate bitter, lightly sweetish. Medium body. Bright and crisp, juicy citrus, very drinkable.

Can. Aroma is citrussy hop with orange, mandarin, some grapefruit, light malt. Flavour is medium bitter, slightly sweet. Light to medium body. Decent APA with plenty of that Mandarina Bavaria sweet orange.

Bottle. Aroma is strong ginger with lemon, spices and herbs, lacto. Flavour is tart and salty with a moderate to medium sourness. Some chili burn in the throat as well. Light body. Spice overkill.
