Draft at the Carter Payne. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. Nice hickory smoke, mild spruce, lemon zest, apple, and rosemary. Quite dry and musty, with a mellow, herbal bitterness. Light, astringent, and fairly clean. Nicely done and thoroughly interesting and tasty.

Bottle pour at the brewery. Pours an unclear, yellow color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is orange cream, grass clippings, vanilla, almond, and chamomile.
