Taste in a flight at Latigo winery. Pours a murky, purple color. The aroma is smooth blackberry, light chocolate, lavender, and sherry. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, sour finish. Heavy, chewy, and a little sharp. Fruity and fun.

Bottle pour at Latigo winery. Pours a pale, unclear, straw color, with some bubbles. The nose is orange blossom honey, walnut, cloves, caramel, and light grass. A bit sweet, with a nice, backing bitterness. Medium body, syrupy, and drying. Quality, complex, and remarkably dry.
