Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a fleeting, white head. The nose is orange peel, toast, rose water, chalk, and light pine. Dry and malty, with a sharp bitterness. Mildly yeasty, and heavily hopped. Quality, enjoyable, hoppy beer.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The nose is strong rye malts, pumpernickel, green walnut, and caramel. Sweet and sugary, with an off, funky finish. Thin, syrupy, and lightly acidic. Not too bad, but just a little off-putting.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, tan head. The nose is wheat bread, cardamom, maple syrup, and chardonnay. Sweet and lightly spicy. Light to medium body, with a grainy, sticky palate. This is a fun and mellow belgian brown.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a dull, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is orange peel, cloves, strong tannins, and almonds. Sweet and sugary, with a touch of tartness. Chewy, vineous, and complex.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is wet grass, juniper, caramel, and lavender. Dry and nicely hopped. Light body, with a crisp, bready palate. This is an easy and fun beer, pilsener-esque, but pretty complex.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, fine, off-white head. The nose is rose, honey, chalk, hay, attic, and light grass clippings. Sweet and yeasty, with a sharp, easy bitterness. Nice.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky, orange color, with a big, frothy, off-white head. The nose is passion fruit, brown sugar, lime zest, and light spruce. Sweet and malty, with a fairly mild bitterness. Light to medium body, with a sharp, delicate palate. This is a nice, aromatic IPA.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The nose is grapefruit, pine sap, brown sugar, and a touch of rye. Dry and citrusy, with an assertive bitterness. Pulpy and well made.
