On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark, purplish color, with a medium, frothy, white head. Big notes of blackberry up front, with a building chile heat. Some vanilla and toast. Sweet and fruity, with a very mild bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, acidic palate. This is a nice, balanced spicy beer. Enjoyable.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, pink color, with an off-white head. The aroma is Campari, rosemary, mild tannins, and pine. Fairly dry, with a mild, smooth bitterness. Light to medium body, with a crisp, clean finish. This is a nicely balanced, fruity, and delicious beer.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, reddish, orange color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is cloves, cardamom, brown sugar, dust, and pine. Definite pumpkin pie aroma! Sweet and thick, with a light, savory spice bitterness. Medium body, with a creamy, thick, and sharp palate. This is a fun and pumpkin spice forward beer. Like a pumpkin saison. Pretty good.

Sample at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours dark brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is red wine, oak, vanilla, toffee, banana, and hay. Sweet and a little funky. Medium body, with a creamy, lightly acidic feel. This is a complex, and very unusual beer. Delicious!
